History

Originally the blacksmith's home, this 1907 home is an example of a developer with respect for history working with the city to renovate this classic cottage.

Mike Knuppe shared his search for authentic milled redwood siding and decorative vents around the base of the home. Thanks again to Mike and Kathy and their sons, pictured, who worked on the home you see beautifully restored today.
